Future Vigilance member Peter Collier visits the US Attorney's office on March 10th for information about his brother, who was arrested the month before. Peter is shown several pictures of Jesse taken from surveillance footage that shows him with Aziz Al-Ibrahim, whose cousin was part of a terrorist group that was planning to blow an American embassy in Egypt on March 11th.
