Bates Motel
Fifty years after the death of Norman Bates, forty years after the Bates house and motel's conversion to tourist attractions in Robert Block's sequel novel Psycho House, and six years before Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, the novel follows the middle school-age detective Kyoko and her assistance Yui Samidare as they investigate a "Duel Noir" death game being hosted on the grounds, alongside a hologram of Norman Bates himself, and his "family".
