De Vermis Mysteriis
Book of spells, originally from Robert Bloch's 1935 short story The Shambler from the Stars. Alonzo Typer explores the attic of the van der Heyl mansion, finding a carved, crumbling chest full of blasphemous books and papers, including a Greek Necronomicon, a Norman-French Livre d'Eibon, and a first edition of old Ludvig Prinn's De Vermis Mysteriis.
