Walker Stevenson commits suicide. Except from police report that Penhall reads: On April 22, 1988, at approximately 13:23, Officer Scott Gilmour was dispatched to 1592 Geffen Lane in reference to a dead body. Upon arrival at the residence, I was advised by Mrs. Carlotta Guttierez, a domestic employed by the residents of the house Mr. and Mrs. Stevenson that the victim had shot himself in the head. Upon entering the residence, the subject was found on the right-hand side of the living room seated in an arm chair. He had a 30-06 bolt-action hunting rifle propped between his legs.
