The corporate board of directors shows up at Doug's Donaldson's grocery store location. Since Richard is working with a vendor, Doug's manager Scott asks him to work out in the lot. While inside though, Doug notices an unprofessional joke poster Octavio posted in the deli. Instead of taking it down, he decides to leave it up so Richard will get in trouble. Sure enough, the board members notice, and Richard gets in trouble. Board member Mitch mentions the date when asking Doug about the poster.
